Shipping Procedures:
Shipping & freight is calculated upon the receipt of your order. Due to the nature of the products, we calculate each order to offer you the best rate and delivery date. Orders may be shipped by UPS, DHL, Common Carrier or freight carrier in the 48 contiguous states with shipping and handling charges added, whether prepaid or invoiced, Alaska and Hawaii please call for additional information, rates & delivery. UPS and DHL Next Day and Second Day delivery available upon special request. Additional charges will apply.
Shipping and handling costs are based on weight of individual cartons in shipment, not total weight of all cartons. Shipments requiring a skid may be subject to a crating/skid charge per skid. Any costs related to handling, skids, shipping or delivery charges will be provided and signed off by you the customer prior to manufacturing your order.
Return Policy Fire Retardants:
Due to the nature of the products. Fire Retardants are not returnable. All Fire Retardant sales are final.
Return Policy Acoustical Products:
Due to the custom nature of our products, most sales are final. We require authorization & confirmation prior to
manufacturing your product, however if you are unhappy with your order, please email us and we will help resolve.
